The location was fantastic. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. i didn't eat at the hotel, so i can't comment on that. overall, it was a great experience!
It basically didn't allow us any time to rest or enjoy our stay.

The elevator operates efficiently with prompt service to all floors and i found the lobby area cute upon arrival. daily cleaning service kept the room tidy. It was a great touch. the hotel provides all the amenities needed on a holiday.

The reception staff was helpful and very patient with requests. staff was friendly. They provided flexible service. the night front desk guy was very patient assisting with an airport transfer cancellation. I found this excellent.

the rooms joined with a vestibule, good for family privacy. air conditioning functioned very well. i had all amenities needed, even drinks in the lobby. fareed gave very good service to me.
the shower controls felt very stiff. i needed to ask reception to fix them.

the lobby was beautifully decorated i noticed the hotel is on a nice quiet street. the location is very close to the metro shops and a supermarket. the breakfast was delicious and i liked the fresh pressed apple juice very much.
the shower controls were very stiff i had difficulty getting the shower head to function. the reception fixed it however the shower head faced the wall. the bed consisted of two single beds pushed together it was shorter than expected.
